Tracking & delivery issues
- Tracking emails are automatically sent by our suppliers once your order has been processed. We can track parcels for you if you have not received notification.
- Delivery instructions are followed as best as possible.
- We cannot alter the delivery address of sent orders. Changes you make directly with couriers may delay delivery.
